The 7th release on Chris Coco's Melodica Recordings label is re-versions of release number one, Chris's own beautiful Electro-Latino song, Holiday, featuring the delightful Samantha Whates on vocals.
One of our favourite remixers, the super talented Sare Havlicek, the disco king, has turned in two irresistible versions. His Disco Terrace Mix is pure summer party fun, while, for the hipster Italo disco lovers there's the Adria Mix. Both are set to become staples of the season in Ibiza and Croatia.
Chris has gone a little dark for his Holiday House version. This is pure 4am East London basement material.
And if you feel like staying at home with the curtains closed there's a tune for you too. South London's finest, Deekie, have made an answer record to the original Holiday song that is touching and funny. There's a single coming from them on the label quite soon too.
There are also instrumental versions of Sare's mixes for DJs to extend and expand with.
So, there you have it, a must have virtual 12" for your expanding Melodica Recordings collection.
